What Mailvio is
Mailvio (mailvio.online) gives you free temporary email addresses. You don't need an account and we never ask for your name, phone number or real email address.
Emails we store
When an email is sent to an @mailvio.online address, we store its sender, subject and content so it can be shown in that inbox. Emails are kept until they are deleted. Each inbox keeps its 500 most recent messages; older ones are removed automatically.
Inboxes are not private. Anyone who knows an address can open its inbox. Do not use Mailvio for banking, personal accounts or anything sensitive.
Information stored in your browser
Your browser remembers your last address and which emails you have opened (local storage). This stays on your device and is not sent to us.
Technical data
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We use this only to keep the service running and secure.
Advertising
Mailvio shows ads from Adsterra so the service can stay free. Ads load in separate, isolated frames that cannot read your inbox. The ad provider may use cookies or similar technology to show and measure ads. See Adsterra's own privacy policy for details.
Children
Mailvio is not intended for children under 13.
